Between reorganizing the studio (not done yet) and the bathroom renovation (just started) I was happy to sneak some time in for the self-imposed assignments of preparing the next crusade, and working in my RT journal. We had a stellar turn-out for No. 42, hope you'll come play with No. 43.

Ouch! That's some serious gutting. I know you said it was/is your only bathroom; I'm curious... do you have a porta-potty in the back yard?
I'm due to have my bathroom here re-done, but I'll arrange to be out of town for a few days while the work is going on.
Best of luck with it; I hope it becomes the answer to your dream. And have a wonderful time in Michigan (Minnesota?)

Hello Michelle,
good to see you found some "me-time" between the works in the bathroom !
I know all about works in the house ...In a house from 1924 there's a lot to renovate although we are almost done after 15 years living here.
We've been camping several times in our own house during the works and it does have it's charmes... Washing yourself in a tub feels like youthcamp :)
Last work done was our terrace and "path of Alice in Wonderland" in the garden.
Perfectly done in time ( april) for the huge party of my mom's 70 birthday last sunday with 150 people (!) in the garden.. I didn't know there was so much space ! LOL
I'm recovering from the party ( a lot of organisation) , but I hope to be able to create a bit the coming days and will consider to participate in the crusade again. Although I do have to possible blogposts for the past crusade with tearing the paper ! How to be able to share them :)
greetings from belgium
Inge
PS : I'm looking forWard for the stamps and yes... I do enjoy vacation and summer !!

Ah yes, bathroom renovations. Been there, done that. When it is at the "gutted" stage is the scariest. Especially when you are the one going to be doing the work to turn it back into a bathroom again :)
Somehow, even while renovating, you still have time for Crusades & Ruby Tuesday. Still don't know how you do it all. (Are you Wonder Woman, using Michelle Ward as your "Clark Kent"??) *winks to that*

Very cool how you "hid" the tag to journal on - I'll have to try that. Good luck with all the reorganizing and renovations....I'm sure the bathroom will have your special touch on it in no time!
