I've kept up with my RT journal, just fell behind posting it. I used a real leaf as a mask on the left, then I was going to adhere it on the right showing the beautiful fall colors but I put the wrong side up! We had walked around the neighborhood collecting the many leaves - fab shapes and colors....will have to use them on another page.

Is that painted masking tape by the hinge on the left page? The whole thing looks great--mistakes often make things better!
Hope you're having a good fall (well, I mean Autumn, I hope you're not having a fall)

I love these pages, Michelle! Leaves are one of my favorite motifs. I love the way you used the masking tape. Such a commonly found material used creatively! Perfect!

Hmmm.... the anniversary of Graham's arrival in the US....you definately had fallen for him!! And still do!! Great pages!!
I have some bug eaten leaves from my Hollyhocks this summer....they look like lace. I have been meaning to do something with them. This gives me an inspiration!
Speaking of fall....I did...and fractured a bone in my foot. How's that for falling?!?!
Until later,
Judy

So effective ... you've inspired me to go out tomorrow & rummage for leaves.
Have a great weekend.

I have a big pile of leaves from the neighborhood, gelled (?) and ready to use. They are so pretty! This spread is yummy.
