If you click on over to the Street Team blog you'll see I don't believe in New Year's Resolutions but take the turn of the calendar as time to reflect on past accomplishments. I find it rewarding and motivating. I have posted a To-Do/Ta-Da list for you to print and use over on the Street Team. If you've been wanting to get things going in your journal come over and play with us. Eleven days to go....that means two weekends still left!
One of my Ta-Das for 2011 was to propose 42 stencil designs to Stencil Girl Products. Two more have been released! I had submitted the borders as 12" but Mary Beth and John launched them as 6" and they are so cute! Perfect for an edge of a card, or a small journal page. I've been playing with them - will show you soon.

Yay for the new stencils--love them! Can't wait to get them and start playing.
Do you have a ship date for the new stamps yet? I n.e.e.d them too
Hope you're having a fun January and that this latest round of snow isn't bad for you.
Take care Nd have fun playing

These have your fantastic, classic style. I'm going to have to go over and check these out.
I've been using the new stamps I got (not the ones still in production, because that would mean I have Super Powers! to effect Time and Space!) but the swags, and I tell you what: Rockets. Flashing lights. gimme a whoop whoop. Call my name. fling some bling. flash the grill.
what the heck am I talking about?
Basically, what I'm saying is that they, like all the others, are a pleasure to work with. and I think... now Bear With Me, here, Ward... I think I want to put them All Over the surface of Any card or page. Just Slather them on. And I say... don't tell anyone.. but I say you develop and sell some background papers. Those with your painting techniques and signature color palettes, and those with photoshop and your brushes. I'm just saying. Sell a packet of those and people would faint. I mean, what if one can't stencil right away? What if one is on a long road trip and wants to tear out a little Ward and stick it on something? HUH?! What if a person is at home in bed, and wants to collage a bit around the tissues and Robitussin?
WHAT IF A PERSON IS ALLERGIC TO ALL SPRAYS AND INKS?! HUH?
I'm telling you, I'm not thinking of myself, here. I'm thinking of the good of all.
Which brings me to a little story. For artfest, I joined the biggest swap they came up with (52 cards--one set for Teesha) and I'm standing at my table, and I have my towers of cards cut and all my ideas on the BB
(back burner)
waiting to use, and I pulled out some collage papers and I had this great sheet I'd torn out of Somerset Studio, which you'd provided, free of charge (I sent in a tip, though, which I hope you got), and I was looking at this fabulous thing, and I said to myself.
Are you kidding? If I use One Corner of that piece, Teesha's going to see Wardian all over it.
So. I didn't use it for Teesha, but I scanned it and sent a few to all my friends and my boss.
(I need some extra credit at the office.)
Am I still talking?

P.S. Came to see if there was a new blog post today and instead saw the sidebar with the new workshop info. Lady, you short-circuited my brain! VRAS is looking out of reach yet again this year, but I can do New Jersey!
