Spent the morning painting file folders and tag board, then I cut them down as postcards. Now the task will be to address, stamp, and MAIL them. Can you tell I have new favorite stencil? I just drew the image onto a sheet of acetate and cut with a scissors so I have not only a new stencil, but also a mask (negative and positive images). Where you see yellow flames, that's the mask at work. Where you see colored flames, that's the stencil.
Above are the cut up cards....and below the stack I have almost ready to go. Will one be coming to YOUR mailbox???
I've done a little maintenance here. Current crusade will always have links posted with the most recent at the top so you can navigate easily and visit links as they come in. The archived crusades have been revised to be in alphabetical order by first name.
I'm seeing lots of love already this month with the Crusade! Some envelopes have even arrived here, which I'll show later this week. I borrowed a clever idea from Ingrid's entry....the faux postage with the Crusade button. Thanks Ingrid!
There's still plenty of time to show off your Mail Art. Send in your link by August 1st to be added to the Top Hat. As always, thanks for playing!
