Journal page: craft paper background (always a great way to start!), tissue paper and wrapping paper scraps, red staples, ribbon, stickers, rubber stamp alphabet, stencil, acrylic paint, gesso, spray paint. To get the spray paint to drip down your page simply hold vertically against a cardboard backdrop, spray onto cardboard just above the page, and "catch" the drips. Set aside, remaining vertical until paint dries.
