Can I tell you how much fun it has been to revisit my House Books since Pam Garrison shared her completed book via photos and video on her blog? These books were such a big part of my life - they are one of the first classes I taught, and taught, and taught. Years ago it was an interesting concept to take a class kit and make it available in my online shop. So much has changed since then - my computer skills are greatly improved so I am taking the opportunity to revise the instructions and prepare a few extra enclosures. As soon as my taxes are done (I know, I'm still working on them!) I will be listing several kits on etsy. If you miss them do not worry - more will follow. Thank you for your interest in these - it's fun to share the enthusiasm for this sweet little book.
The sock collecting is epic. Seriously. Such love and generosity. Thank you for participating. This is the last week - I will be sending 4/19. I revised this from 4/16 as I realized taxes are not due this year until 4/18 and I don't want to have to stand in line with all these boxes. I expect there will be at least 10!
EDIT: Please visit Jason kelly's site, SocksForJapan.com as he post updates when he can. I am overcome with emotion this morning, reading his latest post HERE. I cannot imagine. Can't.
Earlier I had been carrying in my heart the good vibes from this post, HERE. Be sure to read as it leaves you with a smile. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon Jason. He is an angel. Truly.
